# Pop Rock Instruments

In this video, the sound engineer Alex Mars ([XSSR Academy](http://xssracademy.com/)) shows you how to train your ears with a pack of exercises called **Pop Rock Instruments**.

These exercises have been created by Jørn-Arild Grefsrud, music producer and owner of [Tuft Studio](http://www.tuftstudio.no/), and they will help you identify the different frequencies while listening to the most common pop-rock instruments.
